Order Handling Time: 1 – 3 Business Days (Processed Monday through Friday)

Transit Time: 7 – 15 Business Days (In transit Monday through Friday)

Total Delivery Time: 8 – 18 Business Days (Estimated)

Please note: Orders placed after the 2:00 PM PST cutoff time on Friday or during the weekend will begin processing on the following business day (Monday).

2. Shipping Verification & Modifications
We kindly request all customers to verify the completeness and accuracy of their shipping address during checkout. In the event that you detect an error or require a modification after placing your order, please contact our support team immediately at cvbdfrg@ggbo.us.

Address updates can only be executed if the order has not yet entered the handling phase or been handed over to our logistical partners. Once a tracking number has been generated or a package has departed our facilities, we are unable to alter the destination address or reroute the shipment.

3. Shipment Tracking
Once your order has been packaged and verified, a confirmation email containing a unique tracking number and direct lookup links will be dispatched to your registered email address. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the logistical carriers to update the tracking information on their public tracking servers.

4. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
While we make every effort to ensure prompt delivery within the 8–18 business day window, external factors such as severe weather, global logistical constraints, or detailed customs inspections can occasionally cause standard delivery delays. If your package has significantly exceeded our maximum timeline, please contact us for immediate administrative assistance.

If your order arrives with clear signs of transit damage, please document the condition of both the packaging and products with clear photographs and notify our team within 48 hours of delivery receipt.
